I was enthralled by his seeing ghosts and piecing together the clues. Skarsgard is a great actor, as is Nicola Walker.

It was like a visit with old friends. If it lacked in meaty and gripping scenarios, it satisfied the viewer who enjoyed the PBS series with the loose ends being mainly tied up neatly. We felt that there were still a few things left hanging that would be the starting point for another sequel, maybe, such as Branson's interest in the lady's maid who was there with her lady. And a baby coming for one couple on the horizon,Thomas's new man friend, and the dowager duchess' health issue We enjoyed it .
