I'm heartbroken by this. I'm all for growth, but I can't ride with this. Literally and figuratively! I feel violated at this point, and I beg Mr. Benjamin to search his funky soul and find the remains of "Ice Cold"! A tear falls as I listen to his verse in Aquemini, and the reality sets in that he has dropped something this awful.

This album is a breath of fresh air for the smoggy hip hop genre. There are only a handful of emcees that can carry 27 summers with the flair and finesse as Nasir. His lyrics reflect the wisdom of an elder that demands listening.
