my head hadn't been messier before reading this book, now it's getting closer to working order in a way that therapists have tried and failed to do so. It's a good read because every single page has these drawings on it that you just love to look at, clear that the author made this their baby. Well written, funny, down to earth and well-paced.
The dude writes a good book.
