A lot of people think it was the director's choice to put kids in these movies, in actuality the movie is based off a Graphic novel where when the kids grow out their suits they're just naked, way worse than just a bikini. People need to lay off attacking the production company for retelling of a story. They also complain about the ending but the ending also gives more closure than the original; "Sand Castles" did. I really feel like people have missed the point, but yes the fact the children grow up and have sex and get pregnant is kind of appalling but it was implied in all the trailers as well. That's all I can really say without spoilers except also, it's very thought provoking as are all m. night movies, and it does get very gruesome. Maybe not a family movie.
