Where the Crawdads sing is a profound book filled with beautiful words, as if it were a song or a written work of poetry. I loved how the book had an interesting plot because there was the murder of Chase Andrews, and how each chapter had a section of a year about Kya's life, as well as, a chapter about the murder mystery. I loved the budding romance of Tate as well. What I loved about the book is how the book intertwines the murder mystery, and the finer details of Kya's life. I know I said that before, but it makes me understand her because she reminds me of myself, and I also loved Kya's personality. Delia Owens is a profound author as she tells the story of the "Marsh Girl". (She must be a Pisces). It has been a while since I read such a good book. I picked it up Thursday night, and I couldn't put it down.
