I loved his previous specials, but with few exceptions, Armageddon felt like watching an old conservative who just canโt make sense of the world anymore. Unlike previous specials this one didnโt flow - it felt forced - and at times he didnโt seem to have a clear direction in mind. Oh, and he constantly misrepresented terms.
To those of you who believe the negative reviews are due to people being offended, I suggest you actually read the reviews. Few people are offended - most of us were just bored.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in this book, particularly when compared to โTo Sleep in a Sea of Starsโ which was so amazing and Unity that was highly entertaining.

Fantastic. One of the best shows Iโve seen in a long time. Iโm surprised by the low ratings, but it seems some people are put off entirely by the audio focused theme.

Its a good sequel, not great, but if you enjoyed the original and your not a critic then youโll enjoy this.
Itโll also be a really fun movie, which I think is a better medium for the story...

Surprisingly good after all the bad reviews. Great scenery, decent acting and an interesting storyline. It may not make a lot of sense, but in my experience these types of movies generally do not - and I wasnโt expecting it to. It leaves you the viewer to ponder on the possibilities.
People looking for an explanation or straightforward storyline are watching the wrong type of movie. If you need everything to be spelled-out and wrapped up in a tight little bow by the end of the movie, then this is the wrong place to look.
This isnโt a typical horror but for me it was a refreshing change and left me feeling decidedly creepy.
Give it a go and make up your own mind, you never know you might really enjoy it; but if you donโt like it after the first 30 minutes your unlikely to like the rest.
