I did binge watch it,but sometimes i couldn't help but cringe at some bad writing potrayed.Some actions seen are clearly meant to drag on the show and for more drama,For instance ellie just staring at the gun Sam had dropped while he was completely distracted by the fear monster,i mean it was just there.I guess they realize the mistake and try to fix it in a later episode with a flimsy explanation.Also,when they found out that magic was true,why didn't they sit down the kid and really try to know all that he knows right there and then,I mean why ignore him some more when they found out he wasn't lying about magic, doesn't make any sense.Those are just examples,there were many,many more inconsistencies to what would have been an even great show.
