I know someone who's boss is trying to implement this stuff. There's nothing useful in this for business. It's insulting psychobabble written like a children's book. Stay far away, if you can, from anyone who thinks this constitutes effective leadership for adults in any setting. Adults need honesty, not childish parables likely meant to quash independent thought rather than to encourage adaptation and creativity. Sniff and scurry forward and don't ask questions!
