I feel like some things are looked past that I can’t. The book is icky in some places, and not icky in any good way. It’s not an icky that gets you thinking, it’s an Icky that would make you uncomfortable.
These things seem to not be mention in reviews I read.
Elsa the 12 year old love interest to the 13 year old main character Frank Gold. Her chest has been mentioned at least twice, and when she was in a bath in her bathers her crotch is mentioned. The pair are then later mentioned to have had sex. A 12 and 13 year old in a room with other younger girls in it. I had to get that off my chest. In the places it wasn’t icky it was confusing and non linear.
