This game requires no skill to play anymore. I thought 2018 the show was bad but this year 2019 the show is by far the worst mlb the show yet. It takes no skill to play and be good anymore. All you need to do as a player to win is use the directional hitting where it doesn’t matter if you make terrible timing or contact the game will reward you with a base hit if not more. For those few players who use the hitting style zone which requires skill to use, they are getting shafted because of the fact that the pci is almost random and does not matter where the ball is in the pci. Terrible game with no skill gap, some other company needs to come out with a different baseball game that takes skill instead of this “everyone should be good” type of mentality.
