Just hit the halfway point in the main story and have encountered 1 bug that was just hilarious. I am playing on PC and have around 45 hours logged into the game. My 2070 Super can run most high and some ultra settings with ray tracing on with lighting with a consistent 48-55 FPS on 1440p. Highly recommend, game of the year.
