Good movie about a difficult topic. I found the portrayal of the initial employer response to the sexual harassment complaints disturbingly accurate. The lack of support by male employees was sad. Unfortunately the offenders will never see or be affected by this movie. It still takes strong women willingly going through hell to make a difference.
