In the very beginning when Grindelwald escapes to Paris, a man and woman are killed in order for Grindelwald to take over their family home and use it as his base/hideout. Later discovering, by calling for their mother, a toddler is still in the house and a woman/witch looks as though she also kills the toddler behind a closing door for no reason and it has no link to the storyline what’s so ever! Personally this part should of been left out the film completely as I found that very upsetting, very disturbing and spoilt the film for me.
