this film is absolutely brilliant in every sense . I can't rate it highly enough . All Nureyev devotees HAVE to see this . Such a waste that he died so young . Had not this disease sapped his powers and compromised his teaching of others , I am sure that he would have continued to inspire and continue to teach others , for many a year . Such a beautiful man , with a beautiful soul , who changed the world forever . I also liked , that although the film shows his physical frailty , it ended showing Nureyev at his prime . so you were't left left with the heart breaking deterioration of this man embedded on your mind , instead you remember him at his best and always will.
