Boy, oh boy. It is quite hard to type this one, since I used to love the Fifa franchise ever since the fifa98. With that being said, I'll begin. The game graphics have not changed much in the last few years. Yeah, you get new celebrations, but not enough change to charge for a new game. Gameplay is broken even after EA "fixes" everything. Goalkeeping Goalies will stop all shots that they shouldn't and let the easy ones in, or even bring the ball inside the goal themselves. When you pass the ball, there is not near enough power or when clearing it, they will make it all the way to the other box. Not something in between. Defense The defense has been mediocre at best, no matter who your player is. The defenders will scramble and trip over each other while running towards one attacker. Really?! Sometimes defenders will make it to the attack without even setting that attack mode on and will leave you with no defense if you lose the ball. When you do a head on blood k, you will most likely commit a foul by default. Midfield Your central midfielders are one of the biggest enigmas in this game. They will either do a great job or cause you to lose a game. They will often run back to defense when you're attacking. Wut? You will try to make a pass forward and will send it to the side. Attack They need to revamp the attacking mode. My biggest issue is how the system forces you to spend extra money to get a decent team online. I just exchanged 58 packs and did not get 1 single good player. Highest ranked was 83. Needless to say, I'm definitely done with this franchise and going with PES next year.
