Amazingly well done with top notch animation. I like that they focus a lot on basic fundamentals of life on earth to show the reasoning behind theoretical life on other planets. I learned a lot from watching this show. Other documentaries will focus too much on the alien worlds, trying to shock or surprise you into unrealistic, unscientific, albeit it, attention grabbing, alien life. The examples the show uses grounds everything in real science, with experts in each biological field chiming in on what and why the examples of alien life they theorize. I consume a LOT of science education shows and subjects. This one gets a big thumbs up.
