The movie depicts a young man facing some existantialistic challenges. He has just finished university and on coming back home realizes that his family status hasn't changed a bit. His father is still wasting his income away gambling and plunging the family into ever-growing poverty.
The main character unveils his somehow unconventional beliefs to the people around, however; there seems to be nobody to appreciate what he is for.
I'm not going to spoil the rest of the story for those who are interested in watching a great, but fairly long movie about the essence of life.
