This show was incredible! It has everything you are looking for from a science-fiction fantasy programme. The cinematography was on point, the costume and attention to detail was carefully thought out, the way that visual and special effects are used so that it’s not just lazy CGI but clever camera angles and sheer genius how people are moved around on set so that they give the illusion of doing all manner of bizarre feats left my mind bent and my gob smacked! The story has a very clear line of sight from beginning to end so you don’t feel lost part way through. The ability to watch from one season to the next and not say “who the heck is this character and why should I care” I found impressive. Close knit group of characters that stay relevant the whole way through the epic is elegant. I would recommend all to watch this and the whole loop of the story is closed nicely to give a warm happy fulfilling feeling of closure, that is seldom satisfied in the majority of tv and film today. Will stand the test of time of this I am confident and can’t wait to rewatch with my daughter when she’s old enough to get the gravity of its themes. Thank you to all involved in its making. It’s made life an extra bit better. 😇
