This is a very well written novel. One can’t help but imagine the despair of the characters, though they’re fictional. You imagine their pain and their joy and you feel it as hard as you would yours. Yaa has mastered the art of drawing us into the worlds of her characters as well as any writer could. Definitely worth the read.
