I really wanted to love Ratched as Sarah Paulson can do no wrong, but the gorgeous costumes, production design and lighting wasn't enough to distract from the entire series as a demo in style over substance. More plot holes than a crochet blanket.

Really loved this film: for those who say there was no plot & they were confused I can only assume they either didn't watch it or have limited intellect. It was a clever riff on The Truman Show idea. Beautifully shot & the production & acting were sublime, especially Florence Pugh. It helped knowing nothing about it, I was blown away having no expectations to start with & thinking it would be a retro drama. Will probably watch again for the Palm Springs architecture, just gorgeous.
