Christopher Jacobs said, ...."Should be titled Destination trash Can". Brilliant, insightful brilliance at its best! He really moved those of us that read his amazing command of the English language. Mr. Jacobs did return 2 months later to share with us all, "The only ones who have an adventure is the buffoons when they go into every investigation in the dark". Few words but certainly an eloquent criticism. Our next well thought out opinion comes from Carolin Pira, "Waste of time. It's crazy how he never find the truth yet wasting our time". Bill Shakespeare might have waved his white flag to surrender believing he couldn't match wits with the authors of these reviews! It's unanimous, Destination Truth is GARBAGE! Don't waste your time, the people who know much more than just an average viewer like myself! I've got to wrap it up & find my Destination Truth DVD's to throw them away. I do like the show BUT (*there's ALWAYS a big BUTT when I talk* I would like it so much more if the vast majority of the show were actual footage of the investigation as opposed to some recreations, some actual footage & the investigator talking about the incident on camera. Why not make it a little like My Ghost Story but using these paranormal teams investigation videos & use some of their narration while the investigation is on the screen. While I would LOVE for it to happen I'm a realist & know that any decision maker will never seen my post & even if they should read it I know what they'll be thinking, "shut-up & let the professionals handle it". How do I know? Working in the media for more than 3 1/2 decades I saw what it was like working at locally owned properties & then when corporate American filled the pockets of the old guys at the FCC with money getting them to make a major change in their laws about ownership, how else can you explain a MAJOR change in policy when previously there hadn't been any for almost 40 years?! When the suits run things you love only one thing will happen. They'll trim the fat, get the people they kept to do 3 people's jobs and then reap the financial benefits. Meaning, if the network makes a profit after paying their bills for the show, including salaries, the suit gets a percentage of the profit. Meaning, no changes and they truly don't give two craps about your opinions!
