This show portrayed the three big oppressions “racism, sexism and homophobia ”. Seeing everything that was happening at the moment can cause your blood to boil but it is also a reminder of how far we have come. Even though all of these three oppressions are still going on in America and the rest of the world, this series is just showing that there are still changes that can happen in the foreseeable future.
