Bad reviews are on point. I'm always a fan of supporting women in film... Especially black and brown women. But, this movie fails on so many levels, particularly the writing. It simply wasn't a coherent movie... And there were no "feels". Brie Larson was pretty checked out... Like she was the third wheel on a bad date. Really sad because I really wanted this movie to be good.

I'm not sure what's good about the show.

I want to give it five stars.... because of the second season, the acting, and the exceptional directing and dialogue. But, the first season and some of the second, had too many nonsense things that were hard to ignore. Like not closing doors behind yourself... not locking doors, or securing the building you're in first... never thinking to grab ANY kind of weapon.... only two cars working, when there are hundreds of empty cars... killing people over gas, like there's not PLENTY of it available in the empty cars of dead people... or, stupidly watching people die knowing they're about to turn and kill you.... and there's lots more! Again... season 2 was better about it... but... still bad. But... for me... the great things significantly outweigh the bad. The intensity of some scenes is fantastic... and the camera angles keep you always watching. Definitely worth a binge.... I think if I'd only watched season one... I'd have been disappointed.
