This whole movie is talking about settling down like water, from beginning to the end. Idk why people didn't see it? At the beginning how the driver and Raj's mom arguing, it's like a small world between cultural diverse people, like how they both think they are the one who has the best sense, the most clear head in handling, but then both family handle it not good, by using the mind that they think is reasonable, they think can settle things done, but actually cause conflict. The two main characters, Raj and Didi are like the water that helps settling down the flood, the conflicts. Actually how they met is like water, didn't plan, but just flow, by the movement, then hit, enters into each others life, merges together, and Raj naturally knows that Didi is the one.
This whole movie is from sth natural, to sth unnatural, and then the unnatural comes back to the natural eventually, knowing the flow of the water. Like the ending song said, that focus on the energy, so that even the dessert can be full of the water. It means, focus on what it is, then what it is can never be stopped to be taken place, can never stop to be the ending, no matter how wrongly you tap into what it isn't. What it is can never be hidden, all you need is to stay peace, stay harmony, stay in that state of namaste, let your life flow like water in that state, cuz that's what things naturally are. That's why water can crush, or it can flow, it can crush when you force it leaves its natural state, it can flow when you let it flow in its truest state.
And btw, 10/10 for the ending song "pursuing happiness".
