Highly emotional movie! Dilse dekho, Dimag se nahi!! Very entertaining songs but very little fighting for a Salman's movie. Salman's best movie so far, for his acting abilities. Better acting by Katrina Kaif too. Story is about bringing together the separated families during the 1947 separation of India Pakistan. Promotion of livin'relationship is a trend change in a typical Indian Hindi movie. praise for Manmohan Singh and promotion of malls over regular kirana shops are the trend setters for a new generation of movies. (Bharat is born in 1939 and gets a govt job in 1983 at an age of 44yrs in indian railways. When they are going to gulf in 1960s a dialogue is about Katrina, she's looking like Parveen Babi, where as Parveen started her career in late 70s.) Inspite of these small direction' missives, the movie is entertaining and kept the suspense if babuji and gudiya will ever be found at all. Take lots of napkins as they will get drenched in the tears.

Beautiful story! with beautiful cinema(pho)tography !! Excellent direction and value for money. Kedarnath was shown so beautiful, It feels like visiting the place to have a real feel of the place. Sushant and Sara were beautiful in their respective roles and carried the emotions very well till the end. For a first-timer Sara was brilliant and gave unique freshness to this beautiful love story. Must watch. 4 outof 5

Amir is superb just like ever. Amitabh is looking week and older than usual. I think the heavy dress has taken its toll. Inspite of all the action, and dancing scenes, which should have buildup his (angry young man) image, it looked like desperate effort. Katrina looked stunning but Why is she jumping like Rakhi Sawant in the dance sequences. The direction looked weak inspite of somuch hepty budget and heavy casting. You need a Rajamouli to direct a movie like this. I'll give 3.5 out of 5.

Good to watch at least once! Hearty comedy and contentful Laughter. Beautiful (Typical Karans) heroins, (Kiara And Neetu) and energetic male cast. (Varun, Anil and Ranveer). Once in life time wedding (even sagai) functions and mouthwatering Parties, with gorgeous girls. A little too much pomp in the wedding scenes, too much glycerine in the emotional scenes. Except for these overcooked scenes, it's a glorious treat to spend 2hrs in the theatre with laughter all around and occasionally some tears wetting the floor.
