I just watched an episode where a woman was suing her x boyfriend for an accident in which she claimed he almost killed her and her grand aby, but she said insurance wouldn't pay because he was not a covered driver. Why was he driving her car in the first place. She needed to be held responsible for her part in letting him drive her car, knowing that he had an alcohol problem, she had been with him that day so she knew he had been drinking, it was partly her fault for letting him drive. Totally unfair decision!
