Every show that I watch, I go in with an open mind. You get these critics that have their reviews and sometimes the reviews can put you off watching something. Then you read up on a show to find out what it’s about, so you kind of have an idea, but it’s a guessing idea and it can either go one way or another. A few people have been baffled about this show. I don’t understand how this can be. Maybe people’s expectations of this show, was not what they expected, especially from Joss Whedon and his previous work he’s done in the past. I really like it, even though I’m on the second episode. I’m thoroughly enjoying it. I like the fact we have women in power/control, from the gift of the touch. Rather than the male side, especially during this Victorian era when women were restricted to doing anything til the suffragettes began. Shame that not all ten episodes are available to watch. I truly do hope there is going to be more episodes and another season. I love the sci-fi side of it too. I like the fact each character has unique gift too. Looking forward to watching the rest of this season.

Seriously, I watched 3 episodes, then my mind got side tracked, I ended up googling reviews on the show while watching. I understand that Julia Roberts is a councillor for soldiers, but it’s such a slow going tv show. Yes it’s got a Hitchcock kind of vibe to it, but the directors and producers etc, could of made this into an Amazon Prime Movie, not 30 minute, time consuming tv show. I can’t really say that I’m enjoying it.
