oh. my. god. If i could give this 0 i would but sadly i still need to give it a star. One of the main reasons i hate this movie is because of how insanely TOXIC the relationship(s)? are. I physically could not sit through this movie without cringing or wanting to scream its so infuriating to me. It also feeds into a hell of a lot of sexist stereotypes and just stereotypes in general it makes me want to bleach my eyes and ears. Dont watch it i beg of you its not worth it

Such a good movie gosh. The animation is gorgeous, and although the style is a bit odd, I find it charming and part of the appeal. I've seen many reviews saying how the last 40 minutes or so are "confusing" or just overall hard to understand, but I would disagree with that in all honesty. I very much enjoy metaphors and stuff hidden within what is shown, so I personally very much enjoyed the end and theorizing what it meant (I will not type out my theory as this would be a paragraph review.) But yeah if you like endings that are up to your interpretation, super great animation, and just an overall movie where it keeps you thinking, would 100% recommend it. Super worth it in my opinion.
