Incredibly written by amazing people who are willing and able to share their knowledge and skills with others to continue the mission of teaching proper techniques to those who need/want to learn. I've had this book now for more than 5 years. It was a battle to get it through our purchasing system, but well worth it as it's now filled with highlights, scribbled notes, and post-its. Thank you Catherine and Dennis for all you do.
