Everything seemed as if it was the best thing that ever happened in the history of tv shows until the advent of the final season which, though, kind of kept some hopes alive till even the penultimate episode, but with the finale everything plummeted from a saga to just another forgettable story. Verily, it didn't conclude but died a forgettable death.
