Total schlock served expertly. Cliche premise, tired dialogue but inventive photography and well-acted. Junky B exploitation flick, overlong and boring. The gore got tedious and Demi’s straining to squeeze “acting” out of the lame script is a waste of her considerable star charisma. Skip it.

Extraordinary! Perfectly cast and the expanded storyline is worthy of its great originator—Ann Rice. An elegant and intelligent production graced by thoughtful and gorgeous music from Beethoven to Ravel. The leads are magnetic and Bogasian’s inclusion is a stroke of genius. Love the guy! Well done!

Positively terrifying. Same old set up, but served with a game cast, creepy sets and a stunningly horrible vampire. Wonderful score rounds out this classy horror production. Ranks with the greatest Dracula yarns. Don’t miss it. . .or watch it alone late at night!

Breathtaking and almost impossible to talk of the feelings this film evokes. You suffer, love and die with these castoffs. It’s a profoundly unsettling experience watching this intense reenactment. The survivors are marked with tragedy and grace. You approach their experience through the magic of this great film by way of its participants and artists. Unforgettable.
