Another one of those low budget films with a bit part for a big name to make it sell, but otherwise are rubbish. Some of these movies are somehow redeemed by delivering above what the budget leads you to expect, others by being so bad they are funny, but some don't achieve either. If it were a college project made ob a shoe string it would score well...but as a piece of entertainment...its pants.
