One of the more difficult books by Galbraith to finish, mainly because of its gargantuan length; nevertheless, it is one of the best books I have read in a long time. Absolutely fantastic.

An intriguing plot that develops into one of the most fascinating books I have read in sometimes. The story involves a woman who wants to head back to her past to dissuade her lover from leaving her for a job in the USA and a cafe that provides the service of occasioning that retrograde journey and a ghost who is more flesh and blood than a human sits in a chair while the prospective time-traveller waits for her to visit the washroom. Read on and discover what happens next.
