John Oh

Just finished watching Chris Lilley's latest offering, Lunatics, on Netflix. To be honest I didn't expect much, as I think his best is still We Can Be Heroes and Summer Heights High, and subsequent series have declined in quality (though I still enjoyed them), but it just wasn't as funny, and the characters seemed a bit less developed and more gimmicky. There were funny moments, for sure, but it's mostly stuff we've seen a lot before. The characters seemed kind of recycled. Was hoping for something a little different, but ah well, I can't deny I was entertained enough to watch until the end. 5/10
