One of the best out there. Only reason some don't like it is cause it depicts the truth and reminds people of a history 80% of this planet don't want to accept.

I finished this about 2 months ago and I have to say I'm at the age where I thought I'd seen it all but nope this TV show here is special it really is. The writing the detail the atmosphere the location the acting the dialogue the metaphors the tragedies the comedies its simply one of thr greatest bits of TV you'll ever likely watch. It's like going back to Rome it brings you in to that world one of the most subversive viewings you'll ever see

Great tv show honestly. The best to come out of Ireland for sure it gripped the nation at the time had people tuning in every week. The show is rare in that it gets better and better as it goes on. Some unforgettable psychotic characters but also a lot of emotional and thought provoking examples of empathy also. One of the best dramas you could ever get and you can see the creators were big Sopranos fans as a lot of it is testament to Sopranos but in a .... Irish way. 10/10

A nice glimpse into old ireland as it came into the modern age and the travellers although a distinct irish Population are very much irish and embody the irish fighting spirit and comradery better than anyone. This is one of the best films out there cause its real and was made when this sort of genre was still considered new and the people in it act very naturally which adds to the Atmosphere and the drama since its all real. 10 out of 10 watch for me .

One of the best. I was blown away they made this movie so beautiful and couldn't capture ireland and the irish any better. Cillian Murphy at his best here. 👌

One of my favourite films about how the greatest can fall to paranoia , betrayal, mental health. Some of the scenes and dialogue will stay with you forever very intense stuff. It's not just a western it's a study of the mind and of the human condition. Brad Pitt at his best in this film 10 out of 10 from me
