I really enjoyed this movie. The film score was great and I liked how they added some more sophisticated humor to Timon & Pumba as well as the Hyenas.
I have two criticisms:
1) The scene where Rafiki hits Simba on the head with the stick was left out and that to me was one of the most iconic and lesson filled moments of the original film and I think they should have kept it.
2) It felt like the dialogue was rushed... In this one compared to the original film it felt like they were hastening to the next line when alot of the power in the original was in the pauses between lines.
