This movie feels like an okay attempt to replicate the charm of Moana 1, with a decent storyline that holds up well. However, it falls short in delivering memorable, catchy tunes, which makes it feel less impactful overall.

A watchable but underwhelming attempt at horror thriller. This film leans more towards thriller than true horror as it lacks effective scares and relies on weak, predictable jumpscares. The CGI feels unfinished at times but isn’t overly distracting while the storyline, though reminiscent of Victorian religious psychotic horror, lacks depth and better developed thrills. The antihero is intriguing but underexplored though strong acting, smooth camera work and decent dialogue help elevate the experience. The female lead’s explanation ties up loose ends and while the ending provides closure both it and the cinematography could have been more polished.

It's something good for this genre of movie, but the storyline is a little forgettable. I like how the character’s story progressed slowly (on how these two politically different people fell in love); however, the story is a little bit predictable, and everybody would know what would happen in the ending halfway through the movie, a little bit cliché. It doesn’t fill up the elements of a “romantic” film because it’s not very “melodramatic,” but it’s enough to keep you engaged throughout the movie.
