I love this show but sometimes I see bias in the stories. Dateline promotes stories of women that get killed and hardly has stories of any men that are killed. They have all the friends of the woman saying how loved they are, how kind the victim that was killed is and more. Dateline makes these women all perfect. One story I don't like tonight is about Bill Cosby and what he did to women and how he sexually harassed them and abused them. I am totally against this what makes me mad is the woman that he attacked like Andrea Constand got money from Cosby and she voluntarily took pills he gave her. It is also not brought out that she is a lesbian. Cosby did wrong but I see Andea Constand benefited a lot from Cosby and Dateline kept the fact out that Constand does not like men. All these women that testified against Cosby benefited as poor victims. This makes me sick. They did not open their mouth when this happened but when they saw they would get attention as a group they stuck together. Constand said this has been in her head for years what he did to her. Oh please a lesbian that took pills and later sues a man that takes advantage of her makes me sick. To me this story is biased against Cosby. The female host that interviewed the woman picks and chooses what she wants to ask and keeps other thing out of the story. So I will watch Dateline but I consider what they leave out of a story to make you believe what they want you to believe about the women involved, that they are kind, loving and perfect females..

I like most court shows but I do not like this one. The Judge puts too much drama in the cases. The Judge is ready to announce if the man is the father or not the father after she receives the answer from the paternity test and she makes everyone wait. A commercial comes on and we still have to wait who the father is while she leaves everyone in shock while she holds on to the answer saying "so and so is the father or so and so is not the father." This is so hurtful for those who are waiting for the answer in court while this Judge is waiting to get all the attention ready to give the answer. I am just a listener and feel she is taking advantage of the guest and I am getting tense waiting to hear the answer. The Judge seems like a nice understanding person but that does not change my opinion regarding the way she tells the couple who are waiting to hear who the father is.

I like to listen to the shows regarding court cases. I don't like the one I saw today regarding "All Mixed Up Part 1 & Not my Instructor" not because of the topic etc. I feel this judge puts the words in the people's mouth that are testifying. She would say "did you say this kindly" "was someone pushing you to do this"? It is almost the way she asks a question with answers they can give or chose from her question that would get them off the hook. I like other judges they let people answer the question they don't pose a question in a certain way that might help the defendant. Today a young girl was like a bully talking to a boy in the same school and asking him "who he was" His father was white and the mother black. This young girl is the defendant and was told by her father in low voice what to answer one time which was not stopped by the judge. The girl had others send the plaintiff the young boy with white and black parents and email asking him the same questions with others asking in the same email. The mother was with her son and took him out of school. The judge gave this long speech about bullying but I don't know if she saw this girl as a bully. Tomorrow is the judgement but I don't like the way this judge handles the cases with her questions. Anyway I don't the like the questions Judge Perez asks or the way she phrases them to the plaintiffs or defendants.

The older shows are showing on TV on the Escape channel on Comcast in Ct. A lot of the crimes have not been solved or at least not updated. I wish they would bring us up today and post if the story has been solved, changed etc. One episode a woman uses her husbands dead daughter's credit cards and has been charging a lot of purchases. The wife was with her husband in the house when he dies from a gun shot wound. Everything points to her as a killer. She keeps changing her story about how he was shot. I think she gets away with murder and the cops are afraid to charge her but I don't know the outcome and her family protects her so no one can question her like when Michelle Sigona of Crime Watch Daily went to the house where her dead husband lived it. The name I believe was I think Suicide or Murder?; Recipe for Murder? but can't find too much info cause their episodes have more than one case.
