I really enjoyed watching all of the shows. I would love to see a cook book with all the winning recipes / techniques. The cook book could have many pictures to illustrate the techniques. The opportunity to publish a chef's quality cook book with extensive illustrations is too good to pass up. Please everyone: push for a technique and photo oriented book. I will buy several for holiday presents.
