I absolutely loved this book was a bit sad but the characters like Rudy and Liesel were so positive in their thoughts and ideas u couldn’t help but be positive as well even though they were right in the middle of a war they found things to be cheerful about Liesel with her book obsession and Rudy with his Liesel obsession i loved how the book was narrated by death who seemed very overworked to me and Liesels Uncle and aunt who were so brave to hide a person in their air raid shelter Right under the nazis noses that they never found him was very lucky for Hans But Hans being so compassionate landed in trouble anyway the ending was sad and so unfair for Rudy and Liesel and their family’s but i realy enjoyed this book and didnt want it to finish i have read it a few times
