I was actually wanting to review The Rotation Diet as I have not read the T Factor book. I am guessing they are one of the same.
Anyway, I am 56 yrs old. I am 5ft 6". In 1990 4 weeks before my wedding day my sister and I had our photo taken as we were on a family day. My sister is very slim, and when I saw the photo I looked like a big fat blob next to her. I went home weighed myself and I was 11 half stone. OMG, it hit me, I was fat. Never crossed my mind. I had already had my dress fitted, 2 weeks before. Monday morning, went to a book store, grabbed any book that had diet on it and The Rotation Diet was the book I brought. I know being 25 years old your body metabolism is going to work with any diet but honestly 21 days, guaranteed to lose a pound a day. I stuck to this diet religiously for 21 days and lost 24 pounds. I looked and felt great, healthy and a new person. It really really works. Forgot to tell the lady who fitted my wedding dress though and a week out from my wedding picked up the dress, way too big. Also I did not gain any weight for over 12 years due to this diet.
Forward 31 years, I once again gained weight, had to buy another book The Rotation Diet, did the same routine and it worked once again. I really wanted to get in touch with the author to let him know that his diet plan works and would like to thank him. I googled Martin Katahn and noticed that he had passed away 2019? To his family, my condolences.
