Surprisingly pleasing film, was meaning to watch for a while then one day it popped up on my recommendations. So pleased it did, took my mind on an escape route for a while, thoroughly recommend

I think that anyone who didn't like this must've missed the point, it's a satirical love story, believe it or not. I loved it, some great acting from the two main characters plus a surprise appearance midway. Very binge worthy but also an acquired taste, likely to be a slow burner that smoulders into cult. Stick with it!

Very bearable, not too long so keeps the interest throughout. Good special effects and casting. Might even watch it again!

Shocking. An insult to good British TV, lead actors are unbelievable and the very poor research, in particular about the army, is abysmal. Really thought it would pass a few hours but I found myself bored and embarrassed after the first episode. Message to the rest of the world: Please don't judge us on this one!

Stareted well but then too much focus on the same people, spreading it out a bit would make it more interesting

A lot of the atmosphere has been lost in transferring from the small to the bigger screen (even though I watched it on TV). Missing the rapport and relationships that compel in the series. The story felt like it was being ad libbed, did the cast know the story in advance? Nevertheless, Luther was still in there somewhere and watching past a few hours on a rainy afternoon, so thank you!

Only gave it one star as zero stars wasn't available. God awful film, an insult to Bowie, Reed, Ronson, Bolan and anyone else of that era who was unfortunate enough to be portrayed.
