Daniel Radcliffe is excellent, as is the rest of the cast. However the movie starts off slow, and maintains the sluggish pace till the end. Daniel isn't particularly believable as a father, but is convincing as a man carrying the burden of deep grief. The central character, i.e. the "woman in black" is actually the weakest link. Her character is rather insipid and despite her hardships, she does not elicit much emotion from the viewer. Also unconvincing is the ending, leaving one feeling perplexed - why? Why am i seeing the dead kids now? Why isnt the woman in black at peace now? So many questions. At the end i felt the movie was a "mehhh" one. Ok to watch once but no big loss if you give it a miss. Watch for Daniel if you must.
