Oh my gosh this was so drawn out and the ending so disappointing! I found myself skipping page after page and then when I finally got to the end, it totally was not worth it. Part two of the book was basically a history lesson on the Bataan Death March. Horrible yes, and a story that deserves to be told, but not when one is trying to read a mystery. Skip the book and read a summary. Better yet, get a book that is completely dedicated to World War II and the Bataan Death March.
