If you're talking about patriotism, then this movie fits the bill. It essentially put Gundala as the symbol (on and off the screen) to fight back against adversity. Abimana, Tara Basro, Bront and the rest act pretty well on their respective role (totally impressed by Aqi's performance, he's that vocalist from Alexa and act as a politician in the movie).
But...
The storytelling is awful, the plot is so cheap it wasted the potential of Gundala's actor, the CGI is bad (not expecting Marvel-like CGI, but come on these looks like Indosiar's CGI), the dialogue is cringy, the brand placement, the pacing, the logic, everything is a mess. It feels like a glorified pencak silat movie with little story and some thunder.
