A hugely valuable book. In 2003-2004 I had my first TTAB appeal to do but no experience and no mentor. Happily I discovered Krugman'[s book, put in the time to understand his advice and the TTAB rules, and succeeded with overcoming a 2(e) refusal, despite that being a rare event. Later it helped immensely in a cancellation proceeding.
Today it's dreadfully expensive ($2400 or so, an clese to that even for an old edition on Amazon)) but likely worth it unless you lack access to a library. You can wait many years for a used copy to appear online because so much of its advice transcends the changes in the TBMP, so who would part with their copy?
