Did the job for me. I wasn’t trying to second guess it or overthink- and neither did I have enormously high hopes. But I loved it. I can do without the old characters- they’ve done their bit- but Poe, Finn, Kylo Ren and yes, even Rey were great. The story was pretty much entirely recycled episode 4 but there was humour, grandeur and heart. A fitting end (and let’s hope it really is the end).
