I have watched a ton of Korean Tv Series programs and so far I'm loving this series that Netflix has created. The story line with a parallel universe with the dialogue is intriguing. The cinematography makes one feel like they're watching a movie. Unfortunately, the downside for me was the Uncle. What has he been doing for 24 years? He's just now starting his plot of revenge.The writers should have dug a little deeper on this subject as this doesn't make any since. Though his plan is wickedly good, he should have done it years ago. One of the reasons I gave it 3 stars was the female lead actress. Her acting is to be desired. I wish they would have chosen a female that equals Lee Min Ho on screen. It's hard to root for they're love story when you can feel no real chemistry between them. But most fans won't care. They will adore this series and give it 5 stars as who doesn't love a love story!

Loved this movie, the ending was sad but as expected for this time period drama.

I just finished episode 48. I never read the book and have to say that this is TRULY a Chinese Drama with more information and scenes than what is needed. It's frustrating to watch they're love story when Feng Jiu is always behaving with the mindset of a 10 yr old. I find myself constantly pushing the ffw button. I enjoy watching Dong Hua showing so much of himself with emotion, yet she is still clueless. In reality with her child like mindset, she wouldn't be ready for a serious relationship, kinda weird to put the two together. She's a child in an adult body and he's robbing the cradle per-say. It's a shame that the writing is displaying Dilraba Dilmurat as a child like adolescent, she deserves better than that! While Gao Weiguang is a respectable peer to society. I don't think it compares to Eternal Love! But it's still a hit because everyone loves a love story!
