This book is based on the high altitude treks organised by Gaurav Punj and his wife Rujuta Diwekar in the Indian Himalayas right from Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh.
I won't call this book a guide book but an inspirational book for those who wish to take part in trekking. The beauty of the Himalayas and the enjoyment one gains from trekking is beautifully expressed in this book.
