Hysterically funny. A few examples of the characters as they are portrayed: Wills and Kate are well-meaning but terribly naive, Harry somewhat the same but more than a bit dim, and Beatrice and Eugénie are hands down the all-time winners of the Upperclass Twits Competition. Their posh accents, especially Beatrice, are OTT fantastic. Most of the more brutal satire is aimed at the older generation. It’s mostly aimed at the completely out of touch oblivious to anyone’s needs but his own Prince Charles. He is wonderfully portrayed by Harry Enfield. Charles really is raked over the coals. Haydn Gwynne’s Camilla is a joy-to-watch baddie. You can’t wait to see what evil cunning plan she comes up with next. The entire show is more spoof than biting satire. Above all it is laugh out loud fun. A five-star hit!
